Situated within the building, these services are free to house guests. They are open between 4pm - 1pm. Bathers are required.
Swimming Pool
We don't recommend the pool for winter dips! It is fabulous in the summer though - there is a small outdoor BBQ and seating area, where you can enjoy our long, summer days. Guest Laundry
The washer, dryer and ironing facilities are available for guests for a small charge. There is a laundrette in Methven as well and laundry can be collected and returned to you for a fee.
Ski storage, tuning and drying rooms
There is a secure ski lock-up room as well as 3 conveniently situated drying rooms. There is also a small ski tuning room with attached storage available for groups.
Coffee and Tea Trolley
Situated in the dining room, guests are welcome to use this free facility at any time.
Satellite TV
You can watch NHK in your room, as well as NZ stations.
Water Filter system
Southern Cross has installed a sophisticated water filter system. The water in New Zealand is generally safe to drink and our system complements already safe water.

Southern Cross generally has a Japanese - speaking member of staff on hand to assist with any questions or issues that may arise.
